REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Rabieh Summer Camp 2026, camp spaces are limited and reserved in advance. Registration planning, staffing, scheduling, activities, and operational commitments are made based on confirmed enrollments.

For this reason, all parents and legal guardians are encouraged to carefully review this policy before completing registration.

By registering a child in Rabieh Summer Camp 2026, parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE FINAL

All registration fees, camp fees, deposits, optional activity fees, and payments made to Rabieh Summer Camp 2026 are strictly non-refundable.

NO REFUNDS SHALL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Once registration and payment have been completed:

  • No refunds for cancellation of registration
  • No refunds for missed camp days
  • No refunds for absence
  • No refunds for illness or medical conditions
  • No refunds for injuries preventing attendance
  • No refunds for travel or relocation
  • No refunds for scheduling conflicts
  • No refunds for dissatisfaction or change of mind
  • No refunds for dismissal due to behavioral or disciplinary reasons
  • No refunds due to weather conditions or activity modifications

All payments are considered final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

2. MISSED DAYS POLICY

If a child is absent from camp for any reason, including:

  • Illness
  • Vacation
  • Family commitments
  • Personal reasons
  • Late arrival or early withdrawal

Missed days:

  • Are not refundable
  • Are not exchangeable
  • Are not transferable
  • Cannot be converted into future camp credit
  • Cannot be carried forward to future sessions

Rabieh Summer Camp 2026 is under no obligation to provide makeup days or replacement activities.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

Parents/guardians may request cancellation of camp participation at any time by contacting camp management.

However:

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Cancellation of enrollment does not entitle the participant to any refund, reimbursement, transfer, or future camp credit.

Once:

  • Registration has been approved; and/or
  • Payment has been received

The participant’s place is considered reserved.

Because camp staffing, scheduling, resources, and activity planning are organized based on confirmed enrollments, cancellation does not release payment obligations for confirmed registrations.

4. CAMP REMOVAL OR DISMISSAL

Rabieh Summer Camp 2026 reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any participant if camp management determines that continued participation may:

  • Endanger the child or others
  • Disrupt camp operations
  • Affect participant well-being
  • Violate camp behavioral standards

Grounds for dismissal may include:

  • Physical aggression
  • Bullying or harassment
  • Dangerous behavior
  • Repeated misconduct
  • Repeated refusal to follow camp rules
  • Failure to disclose serious medical or behavioral information

IMPORTANT

Dismissal or suspension from camp does not entitle the parent/guardian to any refund, compensation, or reimbursement.

5. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS & FORCE MAJEURE

Rabieh Summer Camp 2026 reserves the right to:

  • Modify schedules
  • Adjust activities
  • Change instructors or staff
  • Rearrange programming
  • Change operational procedures when necessary

Camp operations may also be affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public health concerns
  • Government restrictions
  • Venue limitations
  • Safety or security issues
  • Utility outages
  • Emergencies or force majeure events

Such circumstances shall not create any entitlement to refunds, compensation, or credits.

6. PAYMENT FINALITY

All camp payments made to Rabieh Summer Camp 2026 are considered:

✅ Non-refundable
✅ Non-transferable
✅ Non-exchangeable

Parents/guardians are encouraged to carefully review schedules, availability, commitments, and camp requirements before registering.

Completion of registration constitutes full acceptance of this policy.
